As a Patient Experience Coordinator at Ability Physiotherapy & Wellness, she is dedicated to making every patient’s journey seamless and welcoming. From managing appointments and assisting with paperwork to guiding clients through billing and inquiries, Shakshi ensures every visit begins with a friendly, supportive touch. Outside the clinic, she loves listening to music and dancing.
