Bringing a rich international background in commerce, operational planning, and process management, she ensures our day-to-day workflows run seamlessly.
Preet is deeply committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. She understands that a successful recovery goes beyond therapy sessions, focusing on addressing personal concerns and managing complex scheduling needs to ensure every visit is comfortable and completely hassle-free. As a primary liaison between patients, insurance adjusters, and legal representatives, she handles complex documentation and claims efficiently so patients can focus purely on healing. By mentoring our front-of-house staff, Preet keeps patient comfort, empathy, and high service standards at the heart of everything our team does.
Outside the clinic, Preet enjoys cooking and baking, as well as staying active outdoors through kayaking, hiking, and nature walks. She is also an avid solo traveler who loves exploring new destinations and cultures.
